Due to a negative confluence of the stars — a migraine that won’t go away; a six-year old at home on yet another snow day; the family car up in Fredericton and hence unavailable — I am going to cancel class today. The Datatel system is down for maintenance so I can’t email the class or post to the regular cancellation site; I will check it periodically in case it goes back up in time. I will dig up as many of your email addresses as I have in my mailer, post to FB, and leave messages on the blogs of the rest. Lisa and Kate were to have presented today. If they are agreeable, they can present first thing next week.

We can take comfort in the knowledge that when we live under air bubbles on the moon, science has cured most maladies, and citizens enjoy practically instantaneous rapid transit, this sort of thing will no longer happen.
